There’s no cutting corners here. All the walls are covered with health department approved Fiberglass Reinforced Panels (FRP). Concrete Hardi Panel siding and Miratech trim with Durolast Roofing make the exterior of these units virtually maintenance free. BCI construction with engineered sheer walls and plenty of insulation factor make our buildings “built like a house”. 

         The floors are commercial grade or transit grade vinyl with an option for coved flooring. And the cabinets are plastic laminent on exposed areas for cleanliness and durability.
